How do I get started?
Just contact me and we’ll arrange to meet. We can discuss what you want to achieve and when you’re available, then work out a plan on where and when to start. If you are looking to get back into shape after recently having a baby then you must produce a doctors certificate saying you are fit to do so.
How often should I exercise to get the best results?
Three times a week is the ideal amount, twice being the minimum. Your body adapts to exercise in the rest periods between workouts, so overdoing it can be counter-productive. I will monitor and adjust your programme to suit the way you feel and what you want to achieve. For new mothers I can show you how to make use of exercising at home or out and about with your baby.
How long will it be before I see results?
You should feel better after about four sessions and look better after about a month. For example for weight loss if you follow the programme and my Nutritional advice you will feel and look better very quickly. You’re only limited by the strength of your desire!
Where will I exercise?
The choice is yours. Your home, your garden, the local park, walking/jogging on country lanes, whatever suits you and you’re happy with.
What should I wear and what should I bring with me?
Training shoes, loose comfortable clothes, a positive attitude and a sense of humour!
